This course is to follow our mission of Sushi KOGA to craft and introduce experiences of Sushi to broad people with happiness together. Importantly this is not an alternative to a fish, but rather reinventing and creating broader “Umai” or Yummy experience of Sushi! 3-day advanced reservation is necessary for preparation.
Sushi KOGA Spring Omakase Menu Highlights
All Omakase Courses include Spring seasonal delicacies carefully hand crafted by Chef Koga.
Omakase Full Courses:
We continue offer our signature dishes in the appetizers which let you feel Spring has come. All three full courses come with three appetizers; Sayori (Half Beak) with ginger fermented miso paste, Noresore Ponzu (Sea Eel baby in citrus soy sauce), and Taranome (Aralia Sprout) in sesame soybean paste and Satoimo (young yam) with Mitarashi sauce. After the appetizers, you enjoy Sashimi, Grilled Fish; this time skewed seasonal Hotaruika (Firefly Squid) (Platinum and Gold only), Chawanmushi followed by Nigiri, and finishing with Akadashi (Red Miso Soup) and dessert.
- Platinum (S$240+)
This premium Omakase course includes melting Botan Prawn, freshly caught seashell like Hokkigai (Hen Clam) in season, Kinki (Broadfin Thonyhead), and Kagoshima Kuroge Wagyu A5 as well as other seasonal fishes like Sayori (Half Beak), Masaba (Mackerel) and bunch of Uni (Sea Urchin).
- Gold (S$180+)
This quality Omakase course includes melting Amaebi (Sweet Prawn), Kinki (Broadfin Thonyhead) as well as seasonal fishes like Sayori (Half Beak), Masaba (Mackerel) and mixed Uni (Sea Urchin) and Ikura (Salmon Roe) Gunkan.
- Sliver (S$140+)
This reasonable, but quality Omakase course includes melting Sweet Prawn, scallop and Anago (Sea Eel) as seasonal fishes like Sayori (Half Beak), Masaba (Mackerel) well as Ikura (Salmon Roe) Gunkan.
Omakase Sushi Only Course (10 pcs @ S$90+):
This quality Omakase Sushi Only course is a reasonable but quality course includes fundamental authentic fishes as well as seasonal fishes like Sayori (Half Beak), Masaba (Mackerel) and mixed Uni (Sea Urchin) and Ikura (Salmon Roe) Gunkan.
Omakase Sushi Only Course Special Plus (15 pcs @ S$140+):
This is the new addition for Sushi lovers to fully enjoy variety of fishes in reasonable price! In addition to the regular 10 pieces course, this offers Uni (Sea Urchin) and Ikura (Salmon Roe) separate Gunkan’s as well as Fukui Salmon, Amaebi (Sweet Prawn), Kagoshima Kuroge Wagyu A5 and Tai (Sea Bream).
Omakase Otsumami Only Course (S$100+):
This course is good for Sake lovers as many dishes without sushi’s especially including all the signature appetizers. This also includes melting Botan Prawn as well as seasonal fishes like Sayori (Half Beak) and Hotaruika (Firefly Squid).
The menus are subject to be modified by availabilities and seasonality of materials in the markets, and more importantly customized based on your food restrictions and preferences. Prices are subject to 10% service charge. No GST.
Lunch Promotion – Authentic Nigiri Sushi Set

We continue our lunch set promotion to serve authentic chef-made Nigiri Sushi. You will find every Neta (fish material) is crafted carefully to maximize its Umami (taste) to replenish your energies during lunch time at reasonable prices. No reservation is necessary for this lunch promotion, but based on limited availability. You can also make a reservation so please send us WhatsApp!

- • Please send us your message by WhatsApp, Messenger or LINE link button below to inform us the following details at least one day before. Alternatively, you can send your reservation request by using reservation form here. Please note our reply through the form may be slower than WhatsApp, Messenger and LINE. 日本語でお気軽にどうぞ!

- • We will check availability of seats. Based on your details, we will customize the menu if needed. And then, we reply back to you as soon as possible. During our operating hours, please expect slow responses, but we will attend everyone with our heart from the inquiring phase as our Omotenashi hospitality to you.
- • If your party size is 6 or more people, please confirm your booking by making a deposit ($50/person). This process needs to be finished at least one day before your reserved date and time. Ways of the deposit payment are by PayNow or major credit cards (Visa、Mastercard、American Express、China UnionPay) and Apple Pay. We will include payment URL link (QR Code or UEN number for PayNow) in our communications in WhatsApp, Messenger or email.
Terms & Conditions
- • Reservation only except for Nigiri Sushi set at lunch time promotion.
- • Kindly note that no-show, reduction of party size or cancellations within one day of a reservation will incur a penalty charge per diner as same amount as the deposit per person, and the deposit won’t be returned.
- • No smoking and no pet in the restaurant by regulations.
- • If you use perfume, we kindly ask you to use perfume subtly. We would like all our guests to have a great experience, but sometimes this is hindered by excessive perfume use.
- • Please inform us your food restrictions and preferences when you make your reservation so that we can customize your menu. Late requests may not be accommodated.
- • Corkage fee is S$ 50+ per 720/750ml bottle of Sake/wine, and S$ 100+ per 750ml bottle of whisky or other hard liquor. We offer a 1-for-1 policy for bringing your own bottle for Sake only of equal volume.
