We are a cozy 10-seats counter-only restaurant operated solely by a Japanese chef with his wife in Singapore. During your stay, you feel at home with our Omotenashi, Japanese hospitality in our attended communication both in English and Japanese as if you are in Japan!

We craft and provide customized Sushi experiences for you to enjoy superior quality, value and cultures behind based on your food restrictions and preferences.
For your blissful moments, we strive sourcing seasonal fresh materials to feel and taste those gifts of nature directly from Toyosu market, Tokyo and other channels throughout Japan and the region.

We open every Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat. At least 1-day advanced booking is necessary. We look forward your reservations and welcoming you!
As an inseparable part of our Sushi business, we provide you, family and your friends a hands-on experience of making Sushi to touch and feel (and taste!) Sushi and culture. Chef Koga has been actively developing and providing nature interpretation and education classes for three decays as a registered nature counselor in the Ministry of the Environment in Japan. We have started the regular open class (max capacity: 5 pax) once a month on the fourth or last Saturday every month, and also please let us know your interest for setting a customized class.

Sushi KOGA Winter Omakase Menu Highlights
All Omakase Courses include Winter seasonal delicacies carefully hand crafted by Chef Koga.
Omakase Full Courses:
Our appetizers are not just starters, but those are already signature dishes which introduce you to the winter wonderland. All three full courses come with three appetizers; Hirame (Olive Flounder) with ginger fermented miso paste, melting Tako Sakurani (Stewed Octopus), and Yude Ebi (Boiled Prawn) in heart-warming thick vinegared Egg York sauce. After the appetizers, you go through Sashimi, Grilled Fish (Platinum and Gold only), Chawanmushi followed by Nigiri, and finishing with Akadashi (Red Miso Soup) and dessert.
- Platinum
This premium Omakase course includes melting Botan Prawn, freshly caught seashell like Akagai (Ark Shell) in season, Kinki (Broadfin Thonyhead), and Kagoshima Kuroge Wagyu A5 as well as other seasonal fishes like fatty Sawara (Spanish Mackerel) and bunch of Uni (Sea Urchin).
- Gold
This quality Omakase course includes melting Sweet Prawn, Kinki (Broadfin Thonyhead) as well as seasonal fishes like fatty Sawara (Spanish Mackerel) and mixed Uni (Sea Urchin) and Ikura (Salmon Roe) .
- Sliver
This reasonable, but quality Omakase course includes melting Sweet Prawn, scallop and Anago (Sea Eel) as seasonal fishes like fatty Sawara (Spanish Mackerel) well as Ikura (Salmon Roe).
The menus are subject to be modified by availabilities and seasonality of materials in the markets, and more importantly customized based on your food restrictions and preferences.

Omakase Sushi Only Course:
This quality Omakase Sushi Only course is a reasonable but quality course includes fundamental authentic fishes as well as seasonal fishes like fatty Sawara (Spanish Mackerel) and mixed Uni (Sea Urchin) and Ikura (Salmon Roe) .
Omakase Otsumami Only Course:
This course is good for Sake lovers as many dishes without sushi’s especially including all the signature appetizers. This also includes melting Botan Prawn as well as seasonal fishes like Hirame (Olive Flounder) and fatty Sawara (Spanish Mackerel).

We have started a lunch set promotion to serve authentic chef-made Nigiri Sushi. You will find every Neta (fish material) is crafted carefully to maximize its Umami (taste) to replenish your energies during lunch time. No reservation is necessary for this lunch promotion.

- • Most of materials are sourced directly from Japan for Sashimi-grade qualities.

If you do not have access to WhatsApp, Messenger or LINE, please send your reservation request by using form here. - • We will check availability of seats. Based on your details, we will customize the menu if needed. And then, we reply back to you as soon as possible. During our operating hours, please expect slow responses, but we will attend everyone with our heart from the inquiring phase as our Omotenashi hospitality to you.
- • If your party size is 6 or more people, please confirm your booking by making a deposit ($50/person). This process needs to be finished at least one day before your reserved date and time. Ways of the deposit payment are by PayNow or major credit cards (Visa、Mastercard、American Express、China UnionPay) and Apple Pay. We will include payment URL link (QR Code or UEN number for PayNow) in our communications in WhatsApp, Messenger or email.
Terms & Conditions
- • Reservation only except for Pressed Sushi set at lunch time.
- • Kindly note that no-show, reduction of party size or cancellations within one day of a reservation will incur a penalty charge per diner as same amount as the deposit per person, and the deposit won’t be returned.
- • We will not be able to accommodate diners under 12 years of age.
- • No smoking and no pet in the restaurant by regulations.
- • If you use perfume, we kindly ask you to use perfume subtly. We would like all our guests to have a great experience, but sometimes this is hindered by excessive perfume use.
- • At this moment, we do not serve full vegetarian or full no-seafood menu.
- • Please inform us your food restrictions and preferences when you make your reservation so that we can customize your menu. Late requests may not be accommodated.
- • Corkage fee is S$ 50+ per 720/750ml bottle of Sake/wine, and S$ 100+ per 750ml bottle of whisky or other hard liquor. We offer a 1-for-1 policy for bringing your own bottle for Sake only of equal volume.

By MRT: 4 Min. Walk from Tanjong Pager MRT Station Exit D.
- • Take Exit D at Tanjong Pager MRT Station toward AXA Tower.
- • Walk straight along AXA Tower (under construction) on Anson Rd, and go straight by pathing signal at Prince Edward Rd.
- • Continue walking along SpringLeaf Tower on your left on Anson Rd till you see McDonald on your left.
- • Cross Parsi Rd. and walk on Parsi Rd. to pass two buildings till Mistri Rd on your right.
- • Cross Mistri Rd, and then you see Eon Shenton Building. Turn right and walk along Eon Shenton Building on Mistri Rd.
- • You will see SUSHI KOGA on your left. It faces directly to Mistri Rd. at ground floor of Eon Shenton (#01-21).
By Bus: There are bus stops on Anson Rd. from west and on Shenton Way from east. Please check those in the map below.
By Car: There are entrance and exit of carpark at ground floor of Eon Shenton facing Mistri Rd. S$3/entry.
