Biography and Qualifications of Chef Koga
“I am a strong believer of the quote by Confucious; Do what you love and love what you do. For me. Sushi is the blended art which combines the things I like and have done many years. Please join me enjoy the world of Sushi!”
- • Born in Osaka, and grown up in Nara. I enjoyed growing vegetables.
- • Master of Science in Biology from Kyushu University, Japan.
- • Insect and nature interpretation program developer and guide for children and families for 25 years – Bugs-Club (Mushimushi Club in Japanese).
- • Registered environment consultant in the ministry of environment, Japan.
- • Product & consumer research scientist and packaging engineer in Proctor & Gamble for 32 years.
- • Technical application manager of PEF, a biopolymer to replace PET, in Avantium.
- • Sushi meister from Inshokujin Collage, Japan and ex-Chef at Kan Sushi, Singapore
- • Staying in Singapore with family since 2011, and Singapore PR.
